For day 12 of Juneathon I thought I’d do a short arm workout.
I’m spending the day at the BBC Gardener’s World Live show, which means a lot of walking and shuffling, and with my legs feeling a little achey from yesterday’s workout I didn’t want to do too much. So I did the following using 4kg dumbells
12 repeats of
- Overhead Press
- Bicep curl
- Tricep extension (left and right)
- Bent over row
- Front raises
Usually I’d do 2 or 3 sets of these but only did one set today. If it wasn’t for Juneathon I would not have done any exercise today, other than the expo walking so I thought one set is better than no sets!
